We do not offer any warranty on our hair extensions once they have been used, handled, bleached, etc. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

To request a warranty, you must send your extensions (within 30 days of purchase) to our store, where we will evaluate whether or not they comply with our policy.

USA Shipping
